All bookings are made via the MindBody booking site which you will automatically be directed to when clicking on the Book Now button. By creating your personal profile, you can book either one, or multiple classes, manage these classes and cancel classes should you need to. This system allows students to wait list themselves for fully booked classes, the system will automatically notify you should you be added to the class.

Aerial Yoga classes are 60 minutes in duration. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to start to set up your hammock to your personal specifications.

Aerial Yoga has a 12 hour cancellation policy, classes cancelled within 12 hours are charged for in full. Kindly cancel your classes via your profile page or contact us to cancel your booked class should you need to.

Please Note: We need a minimum of three people to hold a class and reserve the right to cancel the class if there is only one person.
