Drop In Class: Please note that payment must be received by Friday afternoon at 2pm for your booking to be confirmed.
ALL Memberships & Class Passes are Non-Refundable. Class Passes / Class Cards cannot be shared.
We understand that unanticipated events happen in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling a class booking. This allows the opportunity for someone else to book a hammock. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount for your class. Drop-In Classes must be prepaid by Friday afternoon at 2pm. Students that have a 5 or 10 Class card will forfeit their class if the cancellation is not made within 24hrs of the booked class.
We close and lock the doors at the start of every class. We cannot allow entry after this as it will disturb the rest of the students. If it is your first time attending a class, please ensure your are familiar with our location and arrive early.
Saturday: Class starts at 8am
Sunday: Class starts at 9am
If you are unable to reach a computer to cancel in time please call or email to let us know, we are more than happy to early cancel you!

The disclaimer applies to Aerial Yoga® or its partners/resellers/agents/suppliers (hereinafter known as its 'Associates').
On participation in Aerial Yoga® classes and use of Aerial Yoga® products and merchandise.
Aerial Yoga® Classes and Product Sales:
Aerial Yoga® makes no representations about featured products & services specifications, configurations, prices, components, options, availability, results, suitability etc. and are all subject to change without notice. The equipment must be used, and fitness & wellness activities must be performed, under proper fitness expert's guidance. The use of any equipment sold by Aerial Yoga® offsite, and not supervised by an instructor is done at your own risk.
Aerial Yoga® recommends that all who wish to take part in either an Aerial Yoga® class, or home practice, get clearance to do so from their medical doctor.
All students must sign a disclaimer to waive liability before their first class (enrolment form) or purchasing equipment for home use (on delivery of orders).
Aerial Yoga® will advise how to correctly and safely rig an Aerial Yoga® Hammock for home use, but recommends the buyer seek professional help in rigging. Aerial Yoga® accepts no responsibility for the rigging of the Aerial Yoga® hammock offsite. All rigging is done at your own risk.
No other warranties
Aerial Yoga® disclaims all warranties and conditions, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, with regard to all products developed and marketed by us and mentioned on this site or affiliate sites and the provision of or failure to provide support services.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Aerial Yoga® or its associates be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use our products or the provision of or failure to provide support services, even if Aerial Yoga® or its associates have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
